It is mostly played outdoors, but can be played inside if there is enough space. The board is slightly slanted and has a hole in it. The goal is to throw the small bags into this hole from a distance. Each time it goes in, you score points. The person with the most points at the end or the first one to reach a specific amount of points, wins. Flip the board around to play a classic game of tic-tac-toe.
