Delivery of Promotional Gifts
Your ordered corporate and promotional gifts are delivered quickly, safely, and reliably by our contractual partners Pošta Slovenije and GLS.
For orders over EUR 250, delivery is free of charge. For orders of a lower value, a flat-rate shipping fee of EUR 5 applies for delivery within the Republic of Slovenia.
In the event of delivery issues or damage to the shipment, please first contact the selected delivery provider (Pošta Slovenije or GLS) and inform us at the same time so that we can assist in resolving the matter.
Delivery Times
Items in stock are dispatched as quickly as possible – typically within 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
Exceptions include personalized products with branding (printing, engraving, embroidery, etc.) as well as orders of custom-made goods from China, where the delivery time is longer and specified in the individual offer.
If you wish to check the exact delivery time before placing an order, you may contact us or submit a request for a quotation. We will keep you informed about the status of your order via email.
If a specific item is currently out of stock, we will inform you of the expected delivery time by email or phone.
For shipments outside Slovenia, the delivery time depends on the destination country and the distance.
