What is the minimum order quantity for custom promotional products?
It depends on the product and programme. With European customisation programmes, some products are available from as few as 10 pieces. Minimum quantities for completely bespoke CustomMade products are usually higher. Tell us how many pieces you need and we’ll recommend the most suitable solution.
What is the typical lead time?
Products manufactured in Europe generally offer the shortest lead times. Products developed from scratch require more time for development, sampling and transport. We confirm the exact lead time in our quotation, so we recommend contacting us as early as possible, especially ahead of the year-end holiday season.
Can I see what the product will look like before ordering?
Yes. Depending on the product, we can prepare a digital visualisation, 3D render or physical sample.
Can you match our exact brand colours?
Yes. Many products can be produced in specific Pantone colours, while printing can also be matched to your brand colours.
What information do you need from me?
Your logo or artwork in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG), the required quantity, delivery deadline and approximate budget. If your artwork isn’t ready yet, we can help you prepare it.
